用胶原酶消化法分离牛肾上腺髓质细胞,用海藻酸钠-聚赖氨酸-海藻酸钠(APA)法包埋牛肾上腺髓质细胞,将微囊牛肾上腺髓质细胞植入恶性肿瘤病人的珠网膜下腔,移植后不使用免疫抑制剂。结果显示在30例恶性肿瘤患者中,显效率为67％(20例),有效率为27％(8例),无效率为6％(2例),镇痛作用维持时间长达150天,除个别病人发烧和腰痛外未发现其它明显副作用。
