人事工作的目的，就是谋求人与事恰当的配合，建立人与人，人与事的高度的协调关系，从而达到最佳的工作效率，创造出最佳的工作业绩。本文结合工作体会，探讨在人事管理工作实践中应注意的几个问题。
The purpose of personnel work is to seek the proper coordination of people and things and to establish a high degree of coordination between people and things, so as to achieve the best work efficiency and create the best job performance.
