以数字化为前导的计算机网络通讯技术的发展日新月异,出现了数字地球、数字城市等新概念。数字化逐渐渗透到城建管理的各部门,并呈现不可阻挡之势。中国国家档案事业十五规划明确捉出:要大力推进档案信息化建设,将实施数字化档案馆建设列为重点内容。城建档案馆担负着城建信息的收集、储存、加工、传播、利用任务,应加快信息数字化城建档案馆建设步伐。
With digitalization as the leading computer network communication technology develops rapidly with the emergence of digital earth, digital city and other new concepts. Digital gradually penetrate to the various departments of urban construction management, and showed an irresistible trend. The 15th Plan of National Archives in China clearly states that the construction of archives information should be vigorously promoted and the construction of digital archives be listed as the key content. The Urban Construction Archives is responsible for the construction of urban information collection, storage, processing, dissemination, utilization tasks should speed up the pace of building digital information archives.
