国家档案局在印发《全国档案信息化建设实施纲要》中,明确提出了全国档案信息化建设的目标和主要任务:本着统筹规划,统一标准,分级建设,安全保密的原则,加强档案信息化基础设施,加强电子文件归档和电子档案的规范化管理,推动馆藏档案的数字化和数据库建设。为此,档案部门一定要转变观念,采取有效措施,认真抓好档案信息化建设。
