建立宜居家园,需要环境的持续改善,这是绿化之本、生态之基。日前,湖北省孝感市出台《孝感市城市绿化管理办法》,规范城市绿化建设管理。该办法规定,因特殊情况需移植砍伐城市树木的,必须到城市绿化行政主管部门办理林术采伐许可证书后,方可砍伐。实行城市绿化行政主管部门一家发放林木采伐许可证,较好地避免了城市树木移植砍伐中职能交叉的问题。
The establishment of a livable home requires continuous improvement of the environment, which is the basis of afforestation and ecology. Recently, Xiaogan City, Hubei Province promulgated the “Management Measures for Urban Greening of Xiaogan City” to standardize the management of urban greening construction. The approach stipulates that due to special circumstances need to transplanted trees cut trees, must go to urban afforestation administrative departments of forestry harvesting permits before they can cut down. The implementation of urban greening administrative departments issued a forest cutting permits, better avoid the urban tree transplants cut the cross-cutting issues in the function.
