香港政府财政司翟克诚爵士于今年三月六日在香港立法局会议宣读港附91—92年新财政年度预算案。港府在新财政年度的开支总额为1,048亿元(港元,下同),收入总额为1,028亿元,将出现20亿元赤字,但在实施各项征税新措施后,会出现盈余13亿元。新财政年度的税收新措施有:加税项目12个,新财政年度内将增加收入40亿元;减税项目2个,新财政年度内将减少收入9.8亿元。
Sir David Marshall, the Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Government, read the Budget for the 1991-92 fiscal year attached to Hong Kong’s Legislative Council on March 6 this year. In the new fiscal year, the total expenditure of the government is 104.8 billion yuan (HK $), with a total revenue of 102.8 billion yuan and a deficit of 2.0 billion yuan will be incurred. However, after implementing various new measures for taxation, there will be a surplus of 1.3 billion yuan. The new fiscal year new tax measures are: tax increase of 12 projects, the new fiscal year will increase revenue of 4 billion yuan; tax relief project 2, the new fiscal year will reduce the revenue of 980 million yuan.
