目前,甘薯品种对根腐病抗性的鉴定,仍然只能用自然病地栽植来作试验,鉴定一次要费一年时间,还必须到病区去进行。由于自然病地病菌水平分布常不均匀,必须多设重复和对照,否则就会影响试验的准确性,而根腐病的重病地恰巧多属瘠薄的山地、沙地或岗坡地,设置正规的田间试验又有困难。因此,在甘薯品种比较试验和杂交育种工作中,都要求有一种简便的鉴定方法,从减轻育种工作者的工作量,提高鉴定的准确性。本试验就是根据上述需要而提出的,旨在摸索出一种人造病圃的方法,使鉴定工作能快速、准确、不受地点和季节的限制。

Therefore, the sweet potato varieties in comparative trials and crossbreeding work, require a simple identification method, reduce the workload of breeding workers and improve the accuracy of identification. This experiment is based on the above needs and proposed to explore a man-made nursery method to identify the work can be fast and accurate, without the location and the season’s restrictions.
