管理功效学是作者提出的一个新兴学科.它的研究对象是管理系统(企业、研究所、学校、政府机构等)和影响管理系统功能、效益的诸因素;它的研究内容主要是管理系统的结构、功能、机制、协和性、开放性、封闭性、效益与效益评价以及管理科学技术向实际效益的转化;系统性与实践性是它的重要特点;它与工效学、管理工效学在研究内容、目的、方法方面均有区别.
Management efficacy is a new discipline proposed by the author.
