试卷是对学生学业评价的唯一标准,成绩的好坏直接影响一个学生的总体评价。而新课标指出“学生是学习的主体,要改善学生的学习方式,建立与素质教育理念相一致的评价与考试制度”。而教育质量的提高,除了要有高水平的教师和丰富的教育资源外,还需要有一个积极学习的学生群,一种鼓励学习的评价机制。因此,对于一个学生的评价应该是多方面的,必须要建立完善的评价体系,教师的评价应该是具有引导语参考价值的,而不是绝对的笃定的。教师要从学生的学业成绩、作业情况、行为规范等方面给学生做出合理、客观的评价。
Paper is the only standard of academic evaluation of students, the performance of a direct impact on a student’s overall evaluation. The new curriculum standard pointed out that “students are the main body of learning, to improve the learning style of students and establish the system of evaluation and examination consistent with the philosophy of quality education.” The improvement of the quality of education, in addition to having a high level of teachers and rich educational resources, but also need to have a positive study of student groups, an evaluation mechanism to encourage learning. Therefore, the evaluation of a student should be multifaceted, we must establish a sound evaluation system, the teacher’s evaluation should be guided by the reference value, rather than absolute assured. Teachers should give students a reasonable and objective evaluation from the aspects of their academic performance, homework and code of conduct.
