幼儿时期是一个人人格品质、行为习惯、认知发展、情感态度等形成的关键时期,幼儿教育质量如何,关系到孩子以后的一生。而幼儿园园长则承担着通过采取切实可行的管理措施,提高办园质量的工作职责。从幼儿园园长的角度,对有益的学校管理方法进行一番说明和阐述,希望可以为广大同行提供一些借鉴参考,进而积极主动开展幼儿园各项工作,使幼儿园的保教质量得到大幅度提高。
Early childhood is a critical period of personality quality, behavior, cognitive development, emotional attitudes and other forms, the quality of early childhood education, related to the child’s life after. Presidents of kindergartens, on the other hand, assume the responsibility of improving the quality of the park by adopting practical management measures. From the kindergarten director’s point of view, some helpful explanations and elaborations on school management methods are provided. Hopefully, we can provide some references for our counterparts, and then take the initiative to carry out various tasks in kindergartens, so that the quality of kindergarten teaching has been greatly improved.
