目的:比较脂必妥与多烯康治疗高脂血症的疗效。方法:高脂血症108例分为2组。脂必妥组54例(男性37例,女性17例;年龄48±s7a),给脂必妥片1.05g,po,tid,共4wk。多烯康组(男性36例,女性18例;年龄48±8a),给多烯康1.35g,po,tid×4wk。结果:脂必妥组用药2wk开始TC,TG,LDL-ch,均有显著下降(P<0.01),HDL-ch显著升高(P<0.05);用药4wk均进一步下降或升高。多烯康组用药2wk和4wk后TC,TG,LDL-ch亦有显著下降(P<0.01),HDL-ch无显著变化。结论:脂必妥调脂作用优于多烯康。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the efficacy of lipidbide and polyene in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods: Hyperlipemia 108 cases were divided into two groups. Lipid in the group of 54 patients (37 males and 17 females; age 48 ± s7a), to Lipid Tablets 1.05g, po, tid, a total of 4wk. Duoenkang group (36 males and 18 females; age 48 ± 8a) were given polyenecan 1.35g, po, tid × 4wk. Results: The levels of TC, TG and LDL-ch in the lipopeptics group decreased significantly (P <0.01) and HDL-ch increased significantly at 2 weeks (P <0.05) high. The levels of TC, TG and LDL-ch also dropped significantly after 2wk and 4wk treatment (P <0.01), while there was no significant change in HDL-ch. Conclusion: The effect of lipid-lipid regulation is better than that of doxycycline.
