目的:观察脂必妥对脑梗死病人血脂及载脂蛋白的影响。方法:脂必妥组30例(男性19例,女性11例;年龄64±s4a)给脂必妥1.05g,po,tid;对照组30例(男性20例,女性10例;年龄61±5a)给烟酸肌醇酯0.4g,po,tid;疗程均为1mo。结果:2组均有显著降低TG,TC作用,脂必妥组有显著的降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-ch)及载脂蛋白B100(ApoB100)的作用(P<0.05)及升高高密度脂蛋白及载脂蛋白AI(ApoAI)作用,而对照组无上述作用;故ApoAI/ApoB100比值脂必妥组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应见于对照组。结论:脂必妥是较好的降脂药物。
Objective: To observe the effect of Lipid on blood lipids and apolipoprotein in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: Lipostatin group of 30 patients (19 males, 11 females; age 64 ± s4a) given liposide 1.05g, po, tid; control group of 30 patients (20 males and 10 females; age 61 ± 5a) To nicotinic acid inositol 0.4g, po, tid; course of treatment were 1mo. Results: The TG and TC effects were significantly reduced in both groups. The effects of low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-ch) and apolipoprotein B100 (ApoB100) (P <0.05) and l High-density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein AI (ApoAI), while the control group did not have the above-mentioned effects. Therefore, the ratio of ApoAI / ApoB100 in the lipid profile was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Adverse reactions were found in the control group. Conclusion: Lipid is a good lipid-lowering drug.
