笔头工作和教学实践对每位职初教师来说,是最基本也是最常规的工作,但由于职初教师缺乏经验,面对课程中出现的一系列问题往往无所适从。因此,如何有效提高职初教师笔头撰写工作和教学实践的智慧获得,将对教师的专业成长起到推波助澜的作用。我们以“视导”为抓手,在职初教师的笔头工作和教学实践过程中,经历了“踽踽独行—如履薄冰—蹒跚学步—昂首阔步—砥砺前行”五部曲,逐步形成“知、行、思”相互交融的模式,向着知行合一、行思并进、学思为重的理想状态努力。让教师做到心中有底,方向明确,有效提高了职初教师笔头撰写的水平和教学实践智慧的获得。
Written work and teaching practice are the most basic and routine jobs for every teacher at the beginning of their job. However, due to the lack of experience of early-stage teachers, a series of problems often appear in the curriculum are often at a loss. Therefore, how to effectively improve the wisdom acquisition of written writing and teaching practice of teachers in primary schools will play a role in fueling the professional growth of teachers. We started with “Vision Guide” and worked as a teacher during the first written job and teaching practice. We experienced a series of “five walks of life” Form a pattern of “knowing, doing and thinking” blending with each other and work toward the ideal state of unity of knowing and doing, thinking of going all-around as well as thinking of thinking. Let teachers do the bottom of mind, a clear direction, effectively improve the level of early written teacher writing and teaching practice wisdom.
