目的探讨消旋卡多曲联合无乳糖奶粉治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床效果。方法将98例在我院就诊的小儿秋季腹泻患儿随机分为观察组与对照组,每组49例,分别采用消旋卡多曲联合无乳糖奶粉治疗与常规综合治疗,对比2组疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,且不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用消旋卡多曲与乳糖奶粉联合治疗小儿秋季腹泻效果显著,且安全性高,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of racecadotril combined with lactose-free milk powder in treating pediatric autumn diarrhea. Methods A total of 98 pediatric patients with autumn diarrhea who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 49 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with racecadotril combined with lactose-free milk powder, respectively. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of racecadotril and lactose milk powder in the treatment of infantile autumnal diarrhea has remarkable effect and high safety, which is worth popularizing and applying.
