双牌山县是个大山区,交通不便,全县只有十三万人。虽然每个乡都有卫生院,但是居住分散,交通不便,远远满足不了广大人民群众防病治病的需要,各种传染病依然流行,严重危害着广大人民
Shuangpaishan County is a large mountainous area with inconvenient traffic. There are only 130,000 people in the county. Although there are hospitals in every township, the scattered living and inconvenient transportation are far from meeting the needs of the general public for preventing and curing diseases. Various infectious diseases are still endemic and seriously endanger the general public.
