判断是思维的基本形式之一,就是肯定或否定某种事物的存在。毛泽东同志说:“正确的判断来源于周到的和必要的侦察,和对于各种侦察材料的联贯起来的思索”。一个临床医生在诊治疾病过程中,要对许多大大小小的问题,如诊断、治疗、病情变化、预后等等都要进行判断。一个经验丰富的临床医生,他的临床判断的准确性一般是比较高的,但也不能说总是正确的,因为疾病是错综复杂、千变万化的。我们要求医生尽可能多地作出正确的判断,最大限度地减少错误判断。临床判断的正确与否,直接关系到疾病的治疗以及医疗质量的提高和发展,关系到病人的安全和健康。下面主要谈三个问题。一、如何才能作出正确的临床判断?
