1工艺要求丝光工艺使用的丝光机有布铗丝光机、直辊丝光机、弯辊丝光机等。其中,应用比较普遍的布铗丝光机,由左、右两组布铗链条组成,织物在布铗夹持下进行冲洗、去碱、扩幅,幅宽容易控制,织物可获得较好的缩水率。控制系统采用多单元交流变频调速,调幅、吸碱、喷淋、碱液回收用交流电动机传动,探边、水洗机、上排导布辊用力矩电动机传动。控制核心是对丝光机左、右两组布铗链独立传动,在速度跟随的同时实现位置同步。
