本文利用计算机对液压凿岩机冲击系统进行了动态分析,模拟出实际工作的全过程。采用优化理论,确定出动态系统的优化目标函数。给出无法建立解析目标函数的工程复杂系统优化目标的确定方法。并利用专门程序对液压凿岩机全参数进行优化选择。利用本文方法,在满足设计要求情况下,可提出任意量级的以效率最高为目标的优化设计尺寸,使得设计准确性、精度、可靠性得到保证。本文计算所得的参数,经过实际工程应用,已取得明显经济效果,成为工程设计的有力手段。
In this paper, the dynamic analysis of the hydraulic rock hammer impact system is carried out by computer to simulate the whole process of practical work. Using optimization theory, the optimization objective function of dynamic system is determined. The method to determine the optimization objective of engineering complex system which can not establish analytic objective function is given. And use special procedures to optimize the selection of hydraulic rock drill all parameters. By using this method, we can propose an optimal design size with the highest efficiency as the goal in order to meet the design requirements, so that the design accuracy, accuracy and reliability can be guaranteed. The parameters calculated in this paper, after the actual engineering application, has achieved significant economic results, a powerful tool for engineering design.
