本文研究在国产滤紙上以TBP和苯甲酰丙酮为固定相,不同濃度硝酸、高氯酸和盐酸溶液为流动相为反相紙层析,其结果可归納为: (A)用磷酸三丁酯(TBP)为固定相 (1)以1—6N硝酸为流动相时,希土、锆和鈾均能达到彼此分离,鈾和锆为R_f值有規律的随硝酸濃度增大而減小,这是由于硝酸浓度的增大,硝酸根离子增多,分配系数增大所致。 (2)3—4M高氯酸作流动相时,希土、锆和鈾彼此分离,鈾的R_f值随高氯酸濃度增大而減小,而锆的R_f值則随高氯酸浓度增大而略有增加。 (3)在1—6M鹽酸中,鈾可从希土、锆和钛中分离,鈾的R_f值随鹽酸濃度的增大。氯离子濃度增多,分配系数增大而減小;一价铊生所试盐酸濃度範圍內能从镓、铟和三价铊中分离。 (B)用苯酰丙酮为固定相 (1)以苯甲酰丙酮为紙上固定相时,在pH由1.5—3.0之間锆能从希土、钛、鈾、钪和钍中分离,並求出了分离的限界比例。 (2)以苯甲酰丙酮为紙上固定相时,展开前紙条不必預先飽和,在室溫下所得R_f值是稳定的。
