目的:研究清胰利胆颗粒对重症急性胰腺炎患者血清高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)、热休克蛋白70(HSP70)、热休克蛋白27(HSP27)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平的影响。方法:选取2015年8月至2016年7月我院收治的84例重症急性胰腺炎患者,根据随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,42例每组。对照组采取常规方案完成治疗,观察组在此基础上使用清胰利胆颗粒治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效,血淀粉酶恢复至正常时间、白细胞恢复至正常时间、胃肠功能恢复至正常时间、腹痛缓解时间及血清HMGB1、HSP70、HSP72、IL-8水平。结果:治疗后,观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组[92.86%(39/42)比71.43%(30/42)](P<0.05)。观察组的血淀粉酶恢复至正常时间、白细胞恢复至正常时间、胃肠功能恢复至正常时间及腹痛缓解时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者HMGB1、HSP70、HSP72、IL-8水平比较无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者HMGB1、HSP70、HSP72、IL-8水平和治疗前相比显著下降(P<0.05),和对照组相比,观察组的HMGB1、HSP70、HSP72、IL-8水平较低(P<0.05)。结论:清胰利胆颗粒能有效降低重症急性胰腺炎患者血清HMGB1、HSP70、HSP27、IL-8水平,且可提高临床疗效。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Qingyi Lidan Granules on serum levels of high mobility group box 1 (HMGB1), heat shock protein 70 (HSP70), heat shock protein 27 (HSP27) and interleukin 8 (IL-8) in patients with severe acute pancreatitis Impact. Methods: Eighty-four patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted from August 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to random number method and 42 patients in each group. The control group to complete the treatment of conventional programs, the observation group on the basis of the use of Qingyin Li Dan granules treatment. The clinical efficacy, serum amylase recovery to normal time, leukocyte recovery to normal time, gastrointestinal function recovery to normal time, abdominal pain relief time and serum HMGB1, HSP70, HSP72, IL-8 levels were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group [92.86% (39/42) vs 71.43% (30/42)] (P <0.05). Blood amylase in observation group recovered to normal time, leukocyte returned to normal time, gastrointestinal function recovered to normal time and abdominal pain relief time was significantly shorter than that in control group (P <0.05). Before treatment, the levels of HMGB1, HSP70, HSP72 and IL-8 in the two groups had no significant difference (P> 0.05). After treatment, the levels of HMGB1, HSP70, HSP72 and IL- P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the levels of HMGB1, HSP70, HSP72 and IL-8 in the observation group were lower (P <0.05). Conclusion: Qingyi Lidan Granule can effectively reduce serum levels of HMGB1, HSP70, HSP27 and IL-8 in patients with severe acute pancreatitis and can improve clinical efficacy.
