近年来,在国内宏观经济周期性变化、农业供给侧结构调整、农产品金融属性增强及国际化背景下,农产品市场价格波动加剧,市场风险成为制约农业发展和农民增收的重要因素。本文选择“保险+期货”模式为例,在市场风险加剧和期货市场功能正常发挥背景下,从运作方法、效果、特点及存在问题介绍期货市场服务“三农”创新模式探索,以期探讨期货市场与农业风险管理的有效结合路径,为国内农业风险防控体系完善及期货市场充分发挥服务实体产业功能提供参考。
In recent years, under the background of cyclical changes in the domestic macroeconomy, structural adjustment of the supply side of agriculture, enhancement of financial attributes of agricultural products and internationalization, the market price of agricultural products has become increasingly volatile. Market risk has become an important factor that restricts agricultural development and increase farmers’ income. This paper selects “Insurance + Futures” as an example. Under the background of intensified market risk and the normal function of the futures market, this paper introduces the methods, effects, characteristics and existing problems of the futures market to explore the innovative modes of “three agriculture” With a view to explore the effective combination of futures market and agricultural risk management path for the improvement of domestic agricultural risk prevention and control system and the futures market give full play to the functions of the service industry to provide reference.
