受《通信学报》编委会的委托,编一期光纤通信专辑,试图反映当前光纤通信前沿的研究和开发工作,对我们的四化,迎接新技术革命,有所裨益。 本专辑包括综论、半导体激光器、光纤和集成光学及光纤系统共12篇,每篇都相当精采,特别是国外同行们的特邀文章更是如此。遗憾的是李天培博士(T.P.Lee)有关光检测器的文章,来不及编入刊出,准备以后在本刊登载,以飨读者。
Entrusted by the editorial board of the Journal of Communications, a series of optical fiber communication albums are attempted to reflect the current research and development of optical fiber communications. This will be of great benefit to our four modernizations and to the new technological revolution. The album includes a comprehensive, semiconductor lasers, optical and integrated optical and fiber optic system, a total of 12, each of which is quite brilliant, especially foreign counterparts invited articles even more so. It is a pity that T.P. Lee’s article on photodetectors was too late to be compiled and published in the journal for later readers.
