基于系统观思想,提出外部动力和内部资源对绿色供应链管理实践影响的概念模型。以制度理论为基础,开发强制性压力、正规化动力和竞争力题项;以资源基础观为基础,开发有形资源、无形资源和能力的题项。通过对289份企业问卷的分析,勾画动力、能力转换为绿色供应链管理的框架模型。研究结果显示:有形资源、无形资源和能力对绿色供应链管理外部动力转化为实践有调解影响,但对不同压力调解影响的方向和程度各不相同。
Based on the idea of system, this paper proposes a conceptual model of the impact of external motivation and internal resources on green supply chain management practices. Based on the system theory, we should develop compulsory pressure and regularize the motivation and competitiveness items. We should develop the items of physical resources, intangible resources and capabilities based on the concept of resource base. Through the analysis of 289 business questionnaires, the author draws a conclusion that the motivation and ability are transformed into the framework model of green supply chain management. The results show that: physical resources, intangible resources and capabilities have an impact on the external power transformation of green supply chain management into practice, but the direction and degree of influence on different stress mediations are different.
