玻璃工业窑炉是玻璃工业生产中很重要的设备,而其控制技术极大的影响着玻璃产品的质量,燃料消耗,成本等。本文基于目前窑炉控制技术的基础上,以马蹄型蓄热式燃油窑炉为原型,采用微机进行控制,有较好的人机交流效果,操作简单,基本上实现了全自动控制,并可以进行手动/自动的无扰动切换,温度,压力等参数的越限报警。最后运用热工方法对温度场进行分析计算,与控制结果比较以便做出改进。该系统有一定的推广价值。
