米非司酮是一种人工合成的激素,在妇产科的临床使用中十分广泛。我国从1986年首次使用米非司酮以来,未曾将其淘汰,反而更加注重对它在妇产科临床中的效果进行研究。本次研究通过对患者进行回顾性的分析和跟踪式的观察,可以发现,在治疗患者的子宫性疾病和终止妊娠中,有着明显的作用,同时在治疗其它的妇科疾病、紧急避孕中也有不错的效果,并且在一些妇科癌症和恶性肿瘤的治疗上,有着发展的前景。
