在山东,在淄博,一提起盆景,就会想到“犟人王桂华”。是的,王桂华犟了整整24年了。他有两处很大的房子不住,两口子一直住在盆景园简陋的小屋里,一张床,一张破桌,几个小板凳,再就是一些修剪工具。现年55岁的王桂华,每天四五点钟起床,繁重而又琐碎的工作一直坚持到晚上,就靠这股犟劲,保持24年如一日,才使他拥有今天如此令人向往的盆景园地。在全省三次盆景会上得金奖、银奖、铜奖等17个(详情见2003年8月23日中国花卉报盆景艺术版《淄博犟人王桂华》的报导)。在最近的一次集体参观活动中,与会者参观了他培育的苗圃,绿油油一片,旺盛健壮,王桂华指着雀梅、罗汉松、榕树等一大堆微型盆景,一一做了详细介绍。经过大家一起算细帐,在他1500多盆作品中竞有76%是
