Fast customer service is a basic requirement of the machinery manufacturing industry. In order to meet the rapid requirements, Sany Heavy Industry built the ECC system. It allows customers to save a great deal of time by remotely monitoring the system, diagnosing and repairing equipment remotely after the customer places a service order.
