我国在实施高等职业教育的过程中,一定要将培养应用型人才以及以就业为主要导向的办学理念作为重中之重。高等职业学校的毕业生能否顺利地寻找到符合自己专业以及发展方向的工作,是衡量一所高等职业教育学校的办学质量,以及办学理念是否满足时代要求的重要依据。基于此,针对我国高等职业教育如何以就业为主要导向,培养高素质的应用型人才进行探讨及研究。
In the process of implementing higher vocational education in our country, we must attach importance to cultivating applied talents and the concept of running a school with employment as the main guide. Whether the graduates of higher vocational schools can successfully find work in line with their major and development direction is an important basis for measuring the quality of running a higher vocational education school and whether the idea of running a school meets the requirements of the times. Based on this, aiming at how the higher vocational education in our country regards employment as the main guideline and cultivates high-quality applied talents to discuss and research.
