前不久,王家福被中央电视台评为2009年度十大法治人物之一。央视颁奖词评价他用50年时间做了两件事:提出关于社会主义市场经济法律体系的基本构想:提出建设社会主义法治国家这样一个国家治理的基本模式。王家福于1931年2月出生于四川省南充县,是国家最早派出留苏的7人之一。1996年2月,王家福在中南海怀仁堂作了题为《关于依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家的理论和实践问题》
Not long ago, Wong Kar-foo was voted CCTV’s one of the ten rule of law figures in 2009. CCTV awards that he used 50 years to do two things: to put forward the basic conception of the legal system of the socialist market economy: to put forward the basic model of building a socialist country governed by the rule of law in such a state. Wang Jiafu was born in Nanchong County, Sichuan Province in February 1931 and was one of the first seven people to send out the Soviet Union. In February 1996, Wang Jiafu made a speech entitled “On the Theory and Practice of Building a Socialist Legal State in accordance with the Law” in Huairen Hall, Zhongnanhai.
