全国(北方片)小水电工作座谈会于1987年4月16～19日在河南省洛阳市召开,参加座谈会的有北方15个省市自治区和江苏、安徽以及8个农村电气化试点县的代表共计60人。座谈会介绍了北方地区发展小术电的政策,电价改革及如何搞好区、乡小水电站管理工作等方面的经验,对促进北方地区小水电的发展有一定的意义。
The national (north piece) small hydropower work conference was held on April 16-19, 1987 in Luoyang City, Henan Province. Participants in the symposium included representatives of 15 northern provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, and Jiangsu, Anhui, and 8 rural electrification pilot counties. A total of 60 people. The symposium introduced the policies for the development of small-scale surgery in the northern regions, the reform of electricity prices and how to do a good job of district and township small hydropower station management, and it has certain significance for promoting the development of small hydropower in the northern region.
