尽管我们已经实行素质教育,但是我们的教学当中还存在着大大小小的考试。大到期末考试、期中考试,小到月考、周练。使得我们老师经常奔波于出卷子、考卷子和讲卷子之间。平时与同事聊天,很多老师也经常抱怨:感觉试卷讲评课有时比上新课还难!有的题我们讲了又讲,学生仍不知如何思考,错的还是还会出错!学生的成绩一直徘徊不前!有的甚至花了时间也没什么效果!平时与老师相互学习,也发现很多老师的试卷讲评课枯燥无味,只是为了讲题目而讲题目,毫无自己的特点在里面。
