在当代社会中,档案管理人员是一个比较敏感的群体,他们所面对的工作直接关系到社会发展,并且对很多人的现在、过去、将来,都产生了极大的影响。现今,所有的档案管理人员在入职前,都会经过严格的考核,希望由此来得到更加优秀的工作人员。从客观的角度来分析,档案管理人员自身的敏感性,与工作特点具有密切的关系,想要在今后的工作中得到较好的成绩,就必须在素质上不断的努力,无论是专业素质还是综合素质,都应该表现为持续提高、巩固的状态。文章针对档案管理人员应具备的素质进行讨论,并提出合理化建议。
In contemporary society, file managers are a sensitive group, and the work they face is directly related to social development and has a tremendous impact on many people’s present, past and future. Nowadays, all archivists will undergo rigorous examination before entering the job, hoping to get more excellent staff. From an objective point of view, the file manager’s own sensitivity, and work characteristics are closely related, want to get better results in the future work, we must continue to improve the quality of both professional quality or Comprehensive quality, should be manifested as continuous improvement and consolidation of the state. The article discusses the qualities that archivists should possess and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
