系统研究了化学镀液各组成及工艺条件对沉积速度、镀液稳定性及镀层耐蚀性能的影响，确定了ZY－01Ni－P合金化学镀工艺。该工艺具有沉积速度适中、镀液稳定性高、使用寿命长、镀层磷含量高、耐蚀性好等优点。目前，已应用于中原油田等单位。
The effects of composition and process conditions of the electroless plating bath on deposition rate, bath stability and corrosion resistance of the coating were systematically studied. The electroless plating process of ZY-01Ni-P alloy was determined. The process has the advantages of moderate deposition speed, high bath stability, long service life, high phosphorus content in the coating and good corrosion resistance. At present, it has been applied to Zhongyuan Oilfield and other units.
