目的:研究松潘乌头总碱的镇痛作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法:采用小鼠热板法和醋酸扭体法判断松潘乌头总碱的镇痛作用效果;通过多种工具药实验及用ELISA检测试剂盒方法测定单胺类递质含量。结果:松潘乌头总碱3mg、6mg、12mg/kg能明显提高小鼠痛阈、减少扭体次数;松潘乌头总碱12mg/kg与氟哌啶醇有协同作用,纳洛酮不能对抗其的镇痛作用,利血平能部分减弱其镇痛作用;大鼠口服松潘乌头总碱9mg/kg在外周可显著降低单胺类递质含量,在中枢能显著升高5-HT、DA含量,降低NE含量。结论:松潘乌头总碱有显著镇痛作用,该作用与调节脑内和外周血液中单胺类递质含量有关。
Objective: To study the analgesic effect of total alkaloids from Songpan aconitum and to explore its mechanism. Methods: The analgesic effects of total alkaloids from Songpan aconitum were determined by mouse hot plate method and acetic acid writhing method. The levels of monoamine neurotransmitters were determined by a variety of tool experiments and ELISA kit. Results: 3 mg, 6 mg and 12 mg / kg of total alkaloids of Panax notoginseng could obviously increase the pain threshold of mice and reduce the number of writhing. Pinellione alkaloid 12 mg / kg had synergistic effect with haloperidol and naloxone could not antagonize Of the analgesic effect, reserpine can partially attenuate its analgesic effect; rat oral administration of pineapple alkaloids 9mg / kg in the periphery can significantly reduce the content of monoamine neurotransmitters in the central significantly increased 5-HT, DA Content, reduce NE content. CONCLUSION: Pinellia alkaloids have significant analgesic effect, which is related to the regulation of monoamine neurotransmitters in brain and peripheral blood.
