一个经济体制能否高效利用资源以达到社会预期目标,很大程度上取决于财务激励体制。建立和完善国有企业财务激励机制,是进一步推进国企改革的重要步骤。建立科学有效的国有企业财务激励机制,对促进国家经济发展和社会和谐具有重要意义。文章对国有企业财务激励机制进行界定,就我国国有企业的激励机制现状进行了评析,提出了完善国有企业激励机制的对策措施。
Whether an economy can effectively utilize resources to meet the social expectation depends largely on the financial incentive system. Establishing and perfecting the financial incentive mechanism for state-owned enterprises is an important step in further promoting the reform of state-owned enterprises. Establishing a scientific and effective financial incentive mechanism for state-owned enterprises is of great significance to promoting the country’s economic development and social harmony. The article defines the financial incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises, reviews the current situation of the incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises in our country, and puts forward countermeasures to improve the incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises.
