目的 :比较疮疡灵与甲硝唑局部治疗干槽症的疗效。方法 :随机将 5 7例干槽症患者分为2组 ,采用双盲法 ,进行局部刮治后分别植入 2种药物各 0 .2 g ,并对其临床效果进行评价。结果 :疮疡灵治疗干槽症的临床愈合率为 86% ,有效率为 10 0 % ,明显优于甲硝唑 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且止痛效果好。期间未见明显不良反应发生。结论 :疮疡灵是一种有效、安全的局部治疗干槽症的纯中药制剂 ,值得推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the curative effect of topical treatment of chronic gastritis with Chinese herbal medicine and metronidazole. Methods: Fifty-seven patients with dry socket were randomized into two groups. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients were treated with double-blind method and received 0.2 g of 2 drugs respectively. The clinical effects were evaluated. Results: The clinical cure rate of Scutellaria Truncatum was 86%, the effective rate was 100%, which was significantly better than metronidazole (P <0.05) and the analgesic effect was good. No significant adverse reactions occurred during the period. Conclusion: Sore Killer is an effective and safe topical Chinese medicine for treating dry trough. It is worth popularizing and applying.
