针对某航空发动机中央圆锥齿轮的一种断裂模式,计算了静扭矩、离心载荷作用下的应力分布以及齿轮的固有动态特性;提出计算行波共振应力响应的计算机仿真方法。在考虑了某些影响行波应力响应的偶然因素之后,确认齿轮断裂的原因是多次重复地在行波共振点运行所造成的。计算结果与实测值相符。
A kind of fracture mode of the central bevel gear of aeroengine was calculated. The static torque, the stress distribution under the centrifugal load and the inherent dynamic characteristics of the gear were calculated. A computer simulation method was proposed to calculate the response of traveling wave resonance stress. After considering some of the contingencies that affect the response of the traveling wave stress, it was confirmed that the cause of the gear breakage was caused by multiple repetitions of running at the traveling wave resonance point. Calculation results and measured values match.
