对体育意识的内涵进行分析，确定一些能反应体育意识的指标．根据这些指标对高校新生进行测试和问卷调查，认为普通高校新生体育意识淡薄，体育教学必须加强体育意识的培养．
The connotation of sports awareness is analyzed to determine some indicators that can reflect the sports awareness. According to these indexes, the freshmen in colleges and universities are tested and the questionnaire survey is conducted. It is concluded that freshmen’s consciousness of physical education in ordinary colleges and universities is weak. Physical education must strengthen the cultivation of sports awareness.
