本文以郭沫若应对盗版为问题原点,通过对《北伐途次》的版本考察和对“幽灵出版社”的探寻,揭示民国时期作家与书商之间合作博弈的复杂关系:制度的缺陷和执行效率的低下导致书商在充当作者权益保护者的同时,亦以传统行帮的运营方式不断侵蚀著作者的权益。郭沫若对书商的态度、对盗版的反应以及在创作上的调适生动说明民国出版制度和市场生态对作家创作的深远影响。
This paper takes Guo Moruo as the origin of the problem. Through examining versions of “The Northern Expedition” and exploring “Ghost Press”, this article reveals the complex relationship between the writer and the book dealer in the Republic of China: the defects of the system and The low efficiency of execution leads to booksellers who act as the protectors of authors’ rights and at the same time continue to erode the rights and interests of the authors in the way they operate. Guo Mo-jo’s attitude towards booksellers, its reaction to piracy and his adaptation to the book vividly illustrate the far-reaching influence that the publishing system and market ecology of the Republic of China have had on the writer’s writing.
