热激蛋白27及羰基还原酶1与肝癌的研究进展

热激蛋白27(HSP27)是小热激蛋白亚家族中的一员,HSP27的高表达与乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)相关肝细胞癌(HCC)密切相关;且在正常肝、乙型肝炎、肝硬化、癌周肝硬化和HCC中,HSP27的表达有差异。羰基还原酶1(CBR1)属于短链脱氢还原酶家族,它在HCC中表达有差异,但在正常肝、乙型肝炎、肝硬化、癌周肝硬化中的表达目前无研究。肝癌早期发病隐匿,甲胎蛋白(AFP)作为肝癌早期诊断指标存在一定局限性。是否能将HSP27、CBR1与AFP三者联合检测HCC,提高肝癌早期诊断率或作为肝癌诊断标志物,有待进一步研究。 Heat shock protein 27 (HSP27) is a member of the small heat shock protein subfamily. High expression of HSP27 is closely related to Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) associated with Hepatitis B virus (HBV); and in normal liver, Hepatitis B, There are differences in the expression of HSP27 in cirrhosis, pericarcinoma, cirrhosis and HCC. Carbonyl reductase 1 (CBR1), a short chain dehydrogenoreductase family, has differences in expression in HCC but has not been studied in normal liver, hepatitis B, cirrhosis and pericarcinoid cirrhosis. HCC early occult, AFP as an early diagnosis of liver cancer there are some limitations. Whether HSP27, CBR1 and AFP can be combined to detect HCC, improve the early diagnosis rate of liver cancer or serve as a diagnostic marker of liver cancer remains to be further studied.
