当前,为减少油品损耗和保证安全,内浮顶油罐已经在全国各石油工、商业单位普遍使用。今后此类油罐仍然是推广使用的方向。在内浮顶罐的安装过程中,浮盘的施工是关键性的一道工序,在将浮盘上表面的工作完成后,需将浮盘升起做浮盘低部的断续焊和安装焊接其它配件时,一般多采用水浮法。天津市石油公司某油库在建罐过程中,对四台3000米~3、八台1000米~3内浮顶罐的浮盘采用了支柱起吊法,取得了较满意的效果。
