目的探讨TORCH感染与早产的关系。方法分别对167例早产孕妇和131例正常足月分娩孕妇血清进行TORCH系列病原体的IgM检测。结果早产孕妇弓形体(TOX)阳性率为10.18%,风疹病毒(RUV)阳性率为6.59%,巨细胞病毒(CMV)阳性率为7.78%,单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)阳性率为7.19%。正常产孕妇弓形体(TOX)阳性率为6.11%,风疹病毒(RUV)阳性率为3.82%,巨细胞病毒(CMV)阳性率为5.34%,单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)阳性率为4.58%。结论TORCH感染是早产的重要原因之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between TORCH infection and premature labor. Methods TORCH serogroup IgM was detected in 167 preterm pregnant women and 131 normal pregnant women with full term pregnancy. Results The positive rate of TOX was 10.18%, the positive rate of rubella virus (RUV) was 6.59%, the positive rate of cytomegalovirus (CMV) was 7.78% and the positive rate of herpes simplex virus (HSV) was 7.19%. The positive rate of Toxoplasma gondii (TOX) in normal pregnant women was 6.11%, the positive rate of rubella virus (RUV) was 3.82%, the positive rate of cytomegalovirus (CMV) was 5.34% and the positive rate of HSV was 4.58%. Conclusion TORCH infection is one of the important causes of preterm birth.
