INTRODUCTION Since the launch of self-propelled steamers, it is believed that every shipbuilder hopes to build a large and fast vessel. It is only for over a hundred years that all people have the impression that the ships on the voyage can not be separated from the word “slow”. A small number of special vessels (such as hydrofoils and hovercraft) that can sprint quickly and mostly have short voyages with small tonnage and carrying capacity. But now history will be rewritten. Can you imagine a picture of a 2,000-tonne large-capacity ship traveling over the sea at a speed of 100 kilometers per hour? The 52-year-old French shipbuilder, Wadong, did so and the company it set up has been in operation since 1984 Triassic ship-related research work, after 20 years of hard work, has invested 24.65 million US dollars worth of design funding, Wadong’s effort finally without wasteful, a revolutionary high-speed surface vehicle - BGV was finally born.
