出于普法宣传的需要和对司法活动的监督,也由于案例本身的新闻价值显著,近几年来,法制新闻成为越来越受新闻媒体关注的热点题材。然而对于法制新闻,司法界和新闻界从一开始就有不同的声音。有些法官对新闻媒体介入审判活动心存忧虑,担心会影响司法公正;有些记者则因正常的采访报道受阻而抱怨舆论监督不自由。如何处理好新闻舆论监督与司法公正的关系,是当前法制新闻报道所面临的一个十分现实的问题。
Due to the need of popularizing publicity and the supervision of judicial activities, and also due to the remarkable newsworthiness of the case itself, in recent years, the legal news has become a hot topic subject to more and more media attention. However, for the legal news, the judiciary and the press have different voices from the very beginning. Some judges worry about the involvement of the news media in the trial. They worry that they will affect the fairness of the judiciary. Some journalists complain about the lack of freedom of opinion of the media due to obstruction of the normal interview. How to handle the relationship between the public opinion supervision and the judicial impartiality is a very realistic question that the legal news report faces.
