目的:对两种复方鱼肝油乳剂中环丙沙星含量测定方法进行比较研究。方法:分别采用HPLC法和UV法测定复方鱼肝油乳剂中环丙沙星的含量。HPLC法以Thermo C_(18)柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;流动相:0.025 mol·L~(-1)磷酸-乙腈(87∶13,三乙胺调p H至3.0±0.1);检测波长:277 nm;流速:1.5 ml·min~(-1)。UV法测定波长为277 nm。结果:HPLC法和UV法的平均回收率分别为100.44%和100.84%,RSD分别为1.01%和1.09%(n=9)。将两种方法的含量测定结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:两种测定方法专属性强且结果准确,均可用于复方鱼肝油乳剂中环丙沙星的含量测定。
Objective: To compare the determination of ciprofloxacin in two kinds of compound cod-liver oil emulsions. Methods: The content of ciprofloxacin in compound cod-liver oil emulsion was determined by HPLC and UV respectively. The column was on a Thermo C 18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) by HPLC. The mobile phase consisted of 0.025 mol·L -1 phosphoric acid-acetonitrile (87:13, triethylamine adjusted pH to 3.0 ± 0.1); detection wavelength: 277 nm; flow rate: 1.5 ml · min ~ (-1). UV method for the determination of wavelength 277 nm. Results: The average recoveries of HPLC and UV were 100.44% and 100.84%, respectively. The RSDs were 1.01% and 1.09%, respectively (n = 9). The results of the two methods were compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Both assays are specific and accurate and can be used for the determination of ciprofloxacin in the compound cod-liver oil emulsions.
