关于理工科院校社科学报的发展,不少学者就学报的整体策划、编辑工作改进、编辑部建设、学报编辑素质的提高和制度保证等方面都曾发表过很好的见解。结合笔者的体会,我国理工科院校社科学报的发展应当从以下几个方面努力。一、深入挖掘学科专业和地域优势,彰显特色栏目栏目设置是体现期刊整体水平的重要标志,特色栏目更是期刊的品牌效应。现代科学发展的一个重要趋势是科学研究朝着综合化方向发展,根据这一发展趋势并结合本校的优势,理工科院校的人文社科学报在选题上可以突出某些特色,设置“人有我优”的专栏,同时紧跟时代步伐,以超前的、具有前瞻性的问
