“缩短水电建设周期”、“降低工程造价”二者是互相促进的。建设周期短,造价必然低,这是最大的节约。本文拟就刘家峡、盐锅峡、八盘峡、石泉4座电站的建设过程谈些个人体会。水电部第四工程局从承担刘家峡、盐锅峡两电站开工建设,到1975年八盘峡、石泉电站的建成投产,前后17年时间,共建成4座大、中型水电站,总计装机容量182.7万千瓦,年发电量93.1
“Shortening the construction period of hydropower” and “reducing the construction cost” promote each other. Construction period is short, the cost is bound to be low, this is the biggest savings. This article intends to Liujiaxia, salt pot Gap, Bapanxia, Shiquan 4 power plant construction process to talk about some personal experience. The Fourth Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Electricity and Water conservancy started the construction of the Liujiaxia and Yanghuxia Hydropower Plants. By 1975, the Panshanxia and Shiquan Hydropower Plants were completed and put into production.
