自1993年起对80例经过多种药物治疗及脱敏治疗效果不佳的变应性鼻炎,采用鼻中隔、鼻甲联合手术治疗,效果良好。现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组患者80例,其中男46例,女34例;年龄15～40岁;病程1～20年。下鼻甲肥大并鼻中隔偏曲者50例;下鼻甲、中鼻甲肥大并鼻中隔偏曲者4例;下鼻甲肥大鼻中隔无偏曲者26例。1.2 手术方法 先行鼻中隔手术,再作鼻甲手术,手术一次完成。术后按鼻腔手术常规处理,严防并发症的发生。

Postoperative nasal surgery routine treatment, prevent the occurrence of complications.
