促进教师主动发展,学校才能和谐发展,持续发展。然而,现实中老师的业务追求并非想象中的那么具有“主动性”。要促进教师主动发展,需要学校和老师共同努力,从制订专业发展规划,培养教师的发展意识和专业精神素养出发,让教师增强内在发展动力;同时合理运用绩效考评办法,增强教师外在激励。
Promote teachers to take the initiative to develop, the school can harmonious development and sustainable development. However, the reality of the teacher’s business pursuit is not so “imagined” as “active”. To promote the active development of teachers, schools and teachers are required to make concerted efforts to formulate professional development plans, develop teachers ’awareness of development and professionalism, and enable teachers to enhance their motivation for internal development. At the same time, teachers should rationally use performance appraisal methods to enhance teachers’ external incentives.
