目的:分析探讨牙体缺损的光固化治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年1月至2012年1月在该院接受治疗的牙体缺损患者40例,共计98颗患牙,应用光固化复合树脂进行牙体修复治疗,并对所有患者进行为期3年的术随访,对修复后的牙体和充填体情况进行检查,了解临床修复效果和影响因素。结果:可知修复后第1年、第2年、第3年的治疗成功率为95.92%(94/98)、85.71%(84/98)、81.61%(79/98),修复失败病例多为充填物脱落、继发龋、变色或染色。结论:在牙体缺损临床治疗上,光固化治疗操作简便、耐磨美观、临床治疗效果良好,具有一定的临床实用价值。
Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of light-curing treatment of dental defects.
